How does it work?
Brick By Brick, in a partnership with Office Depot®, orders school supplies in bulk and passes on the savings to the school community.
Custom Kits: With just a few clicks you can create and publish your teachers' back to school supply lists online, ready for purchase at an average of 50% off of retail. Your student families will immediately be able to order their needed supplies, with direct home delivery by Office Depot. *Personal care items such as soap, wipes and kleenex, are delivered in bulk to your school.
Registry: When teachers or PTAs run out of supplies or need new supplies for a project, they can now create a registry at Brickbybrickfund.org! It will act just like a bridal or gift registry, only with our great pricing! Orders placed during the week will be held until Thursday at 3PM Eastern / 12PM Pacific time when they will be released for delivery on Friday (or within 48 hours).
A word about Brick By Brick. We work by uniting schools together under our umbrella to negoiate great pricing. We then pass those prices directly to the schools. Together, working with school communities across America, we are dedicated to supporting education and educational resources at every level. What role does Staples play?
Staples has partnered with Brick By Brick to bring bulk pricing and fast delivery of name brand school supplies to every organization that participates with Brick By Brick. They also handle the delivery of School Supply kits and Chromebooks to the sudent homes.
How do I get started?
1. Create suggested school supply donation lists for each grade and email them to us at Pricing@BrickByBrickFund.org or fax to 208-712-2363. We will send you a quote within 48 business hours.

Do we have to buy or order any kits up front?
No! You never order or take possession of school supply kits upfront. One of the advantages of Brick By Brick, along with the convenience, low prices and fundraising, is that you don't have the responsiblity of mountains of school supplies dropped off in your gym or media center. With Brick By Brick the parents simply place their order online and the school supplies are sent directly from Office Depot to their home.
How does my group make money?
Custom Kits: Brick By Brick school supply kits are discounted so that a fundraising amount can be added to each kit's final price. All revenue generated by the fundraising amount applied to each purchased kit goes directly back to the school. The fundraising amount, if desired, is determined by PTA/PTO.
Registry: You can add 10% to all items offered on our registries with one click! This is a low maintence way to fundraise all year long. As with the custom kits, 100% of the fundraising revenue generated by your registry sales goes back to your school!
What is your Loyalty Program?
The loyalty program at BxB is our way to thank the teachers, front office, and PTA/PTO board members at participating schools for their continued support. We can't do this without you! What is a customized school kit?
A custom school supply kit is a package of school supplies created from lists provided by your teachers. These kits are typically grade specific and are suggested classroom supply donations.

What Are Classpacks?
Simply stated, classpacks are items that are shipped to the school in bulk
Classpacks offer the best pricing on specific products. Shipped in bulk to the school by grade, they will need to be distributed to the students on site.
What is Half-Year Restocking?
This is a NEW service from Brick By Brick and was created at the suggestion of teachers who consistently run out of standard supplies half way through the school year. Products listed in the Half-year Restocking category are added to your Back-To-School kits BUT these items deliver to your school in January of the upcoming school year. Common items included in this category are Elmers glue, Elmers glue sticks, filler paper, Crayola crayons, Crayola Markers, pencils, erasers, Sharpie Markers, Papermate highlighters, etc...
This is also a great solution for schools/teachers who lack the needed space to store the unused supplies.
How does shipping work?
All school supplies (unless otherwise noted) are shipped directly to the student's home by Office Depot. Personal care items are delivered by alternate vendor directly to your school on a date chosen by the PTA.
What is your product guarantee?
Office Depot’s product guarantee can be found at Officedepot.com for all school supply orders placed through Brick By Brick. *Personal Care Items will be inspected and signed off on site.
How do I return/exchange items?
Please contact us at Info@BrickByBrickFund.org for all returns and exchanges. Please do not go to Staples stores and try to return your product.
Chromebooks can only be returned/exchanged if they are in an unopened box. Unfortunately, opened Chromebooks cannot be returned.
